Warren Werbitt, Founder & Fisherman of Pazazz is the first Quebec printer to join the IPN Global Network. IPN Global (International Printers' Network) is the world’s foremost international alliance of cutting edge companies in the printing, visual communications and graphic arts industry.
Werbitt decided to join IPN Global to provide clients with more options to produce and deliver materials globally and to strategize with printing and graphic communication companies around the world.
"Being part of a global network gives us access to more than 45 printing companies across 30 countries,” explains Werbitt. “Our goal is to work together to manage worldwide accounts and help companies maintain their corporate branding.”
Pazazz is constantly looking at new ways to help clients improve their business. As an IPN Global member we can make our client’s lives easier by providing a “local global” service to them and manage their needs around the world.
Pazazz in conjunction with J.F. Moore Communications is pleased to announce they have agreed to acquire X-Rites newest technology platform (using Spectrophotometry) for colour management and measurement. Pazazz and J.F. Moore are the first two customers in North America to order the new solution.
The technology was presented under NDA to the International Printers Network (IPN Global) conference in Las Vegas, Nevada. Members were shown how the new technology will reduce make ready times and paper set up waste, as well as provide correct spectral information resulting in faster time to colour.
The X-Rite eXactX-Rite™ makes colour measurements quick and easy for personnel in the print, publishing and converting industries. This new solution simplifies workflow with split-second measurement times and improved accuracy and solves the industry-wide problem of matching colours on papers treated with Optical Brightening Agents (OBAs). The instrument is the first spectrophotometer in the industry to support all the M Standards inclusive of the complete M1, offering customers a means to measure true daylight conditions.
"This is the simplest device to guarantee colour integrity for brands across all of our print and output platforms," said Warren Werbitt, Pazazz Founder & Fisherman.
In addition to using advanced measurement technology, the new platform is easy to learn, thanks to the intuitive software and touch screen controls. This is the first solution to connect the supply chain to the PantoneLIVE™ ecosystem, providing a means to meet brand owners’ colour specifications. The platform features embedded X-Rite Graphic Arts Standard (XRGA) that greatly simplifies data agreement with other instruments and the CxF standard for easy data exchange.
Both Pazazz and J.F. Moore are G7 certified printers and have invested in G7 Master Printer processes to improve colour integrity for brands across all of their print and output platforms making them recognized leaders in the Canadian industry. They became the first two companies in North America to acquire the technology which will enhance their position and deliver value to their customers.
The latest X-Rite technology was just release in May 2012 at Drupa. The new platform does much more to improve colour communication in a graphics arts supply chain than just measure test surfaces more accurately. Press personnel can learn how to use the new instruments with a minimum training, thanks to the intuitive software and touch screen controls that guides users through the menus. The platform comes with embedded X-Rite Graphic Arts Standard (XRGA) that greatly simplifies data agreement with other instruments and the CxF standard for easy data exchange.
